XAU-CHU is a social initiative using arts and literature as tools to promote mental health, empower underserved communities, and build emotional connections.​​

• Founded and led a team of 40 members to organize 3 therapeutic art events with over 600 participants, including 100 autistic children.

• Designed “Mat Tho” (Dreamy Eyes), an art-based workshop and exhibition, collaborating with Albert Center and HOPE Center; raised 21 million VND and published a well-received e-book. 

• Created and scaled a Facebook fanpage to 7,000 followers and a community of 2,000 members, promoting the liberal arts.

• Authored the “CHAP” online workshop attracting 300+ national attendees, featuring humanities scholars and achieving a 4.8-star rating participants​​​​​​ ​​​​

President - Ams Wide Web
Ams Wide Web is Hanoi-Amsterdam High School’s media and journalism club, enhancing student engagement and real-world media experience.​

• Revitalized the 15-year-old club, doubling journalistic output and increasing member stipends to 4 million VND monthly 

• Directed the production of 2 short films with 40,000+ total views, showcased during school ceremonies including Teachers’ Day and Tet.

• Oversaw the launch of the school’s first printed newspaper, profiting 10 million VND in its first season.

• Led 60 members, introduced workflows that boosted creativity and initiated a summer photography club with 39 participants.​​​​​​​

Vice President/ Head of Communication -  High School Help Kit
High School Help Kit is Vietnam’s largest student-led educational support organization, guiding students through entrance exams with over 300,000 online followers.

• Directed campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, and podcast platforms, growing the page to 73,000 followers and engaging over 1,800 attendees in annual events MASKA and Unboxing Day. 

• Supervised 13 academic groups and 230 members, launching a mentorship session for 200+ students preparing for high school entrance exams.

• Introduced an MBTI matching system, significantly improving mentor-mentee outcomes and reducing complaints in Literature mentorship.

• Personally mentored 15,000+ Literature-focused students, many from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering accessible academic guidance. ​​

VICE-HEAD OF ORGANISATION - THE APRICITY 

The Apricity is a nation-scale psychology projects offering support and empathy for students' mental health problem. ​​​​

• Managed a fan page of 10,000 followers and 2,700 reach on average for each post.

• Coordinated a team of 80 members to organize 4 online and offline events that welcomed 750 participants in total.

• Assisted free psychiatric consultation service conducted by MindCare Psychology to 100 students.

• Donated 5.2 million VND to “Ngay Mai” fund for depressed adolescents but financially struggling to cover the treatment and medicines bills.

Van Chuong Mau Chay is an online Literature community of 70,000 members, fostering a love for the humanities through workshops and digital content.

•  Developed a distinct, logical and critical communication style, boosting Facebook followers by 10,000 in months.

• Contributed to online courses “MILK” and “BURN”, which attracted 100+ students passionate about liberal arts and Literature.

• Managed 2 Literature classes with 100% of students gaining admission to gifted high schools.

• Initiated viral Facebook campaigns debunking career myths in Literature, increasing community trust and engagement.
